As a reminder of class times:

Wednesdays:
17:30–18:30 – Beginners Class, white belt to red belt (ages 5-16yrs with no karate experience)
18:30–19:30 – Advanced Class, blue belt and above (ages 9–16yrs with prior karate experience)
19:30–20:30 – Adult Class, all grades (16+)

Sundays:
10:00–11:00 – Junior Class, all grades (ages 5–16yrs)
11:00–12:00 – Adult Class, all grades (16+)
